Sacred Dreaming

Everytime I entered the pool I felt like I was coming home, the water supported me and wrapped me up,I was almost weightless. After thousands of sessions over 11 years,I am amazed that each session has it's own special moment when magic happens. In that pristine world of twinkling light there are no boundaries. All is connected with itself. It seems the water in everything recognises that and is joyful, for me it is the moment of healing, a moment of faith, knowing the universe is benevolent.I thank the water.

I just HAVE TO do this.  I can't believe it.  This would be paradise for me.   I almost had a session like this at a weekend spa but we had to cancel because it got real cold and rained that day.  (it was an outdoor pool).

A world that not many can understand, but those who do will appreciate your description, for me that moment of absolute silence and pure stillness when submerged seems to make the worldly struggle somehow worth it in the end…
I too thank the water…

I've had this strange thing happen with me and water.  A few years ago I suddenly found that I need not move a muscle to stay up in water in any position I put myself in.  I always had to dog paddle before to keep myself afloat in deep water.  Now it is great fun at the ocean when I can make it past the breakers, just to float up and down with the waves and never tire because there is no struggle anymore.  A wave passes under me lifting me up and it seems that I am helping that wave along on its way to the shore.  Then when I come in I get torn up by the breakers just getting back to shore which is not to fun.

{a wave passes under me lifting me up and it seems that I am helping that wave along its way to the shore} I think if you change your paradigm to maybe the wave is helping you to the shore, and you let go of yourself and become more of one with the wave feeling the energetics of the wave, then you will find yourself not being torn up but rather playfully pushed toward the sand and solid ground.Much more fun.
