What helps you deepen into the present moment?

My desire to do so.
Focussed concentration on the immediate.
Water so hot it has my attention.
Ditto for cold/icy water.
Stretching my body.
Meditating on my breath.
Walking in the woods,observing.
Giving a Waterjourney.
Dancing in the moonlight.
Looking into your eyes.
Awakening to love.

Nothing quite like a walk in the woods, especially in the full moonlight…
Oh yes,I have stepped out of the hot tub and walked the trail into the woods in that magic light…
ah, yes, i could see how these could also help me to deepen into the present moment. Refreshing and sensual… just like water….
